By accessing or using SolarFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.
- No uploading of unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- No use that interferes with the integrity or performance of the platform.
3. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where reasonably possible.
6. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila.
